What is INFINITI InTouch™?

• My Schedule featuring Google Calendar™: When you sync your Google Calendar™, you can view your schedule for the day right on your INFINITI InTouch™ screen, so you’re always on time and never miss a beat.
• Remote Door Lock/Unlock: If you forgot to lock your vehicle, or you’re sending someone out to grab something, you can easily lock/unlock it from the INFINITI InTouch™ App. We’ll learn more about how to use the INFINITI InTouch™ app in a bit.
• Emergency Services: In the event of an emergency, all you need to do is press the SOS button to be instantly connected with a Response Specialist. If an accident occurs, INFINITI Automatic Collision Notification will automatically connect you with an agent who will dispatch the proper response services if needed.
• Vehicle Monitoring: This is a feature that parents of teen drivers will love – when someone borrows your car, you can set a maximum speed limit, set a drive zone that alerts you when your vehicle leaves specified limits, and more.
• Stolen Vehicle Locator: If your vehicle is ever stolen, INFINITI InTouch™ uses advanced tracking technology and works with proper authorities to help recover it.

How to Use INFINITI InTouch™ App

An essential part of INFINITI InTouch™, the INFINITI InTouch™ App allows drives to access Facebook, Google Online Search, as well as your personal favorite apps on your INFINITI InTouch™ screen. Learning how to use INFINITI InTouch™ App is easy!

So, how to use INFINITI InTouch™ App? All you need to do is download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Next, follow the on-screen prompts to log in or create a new account, and then, follow the prompts to connect to your INFINITI InTouch™ screen via Bluetooth®.

Do INFINITI Models Have Remote Start?

Remote Engine Start/Stop is not available on all INFINITI models, however, if your INFINITI does have this feature, it can be accessed via the INFINITI InTouch™ App. If your model isn’t compatible with the app, and you’re wondering, “How do I start my INFINITI QX60 remotely?”, follow these steps:

1. Press the lock button on your key fob
2. Within five seconds, hold the engine start button for at least two seconds
3. The engine should kick on, and your parking lights will come on

To turn off the vehicle, press and hold the engine start button until the car’s parking lights shut off. If you’re using the INFINITI InTouch™, simply click on Remote Engine Stop.

Additional Information on INFINITI Remote Start

It’s important to note that, one, Remote Engine Start/Stop may be subject to state or local regulations about engine idling or noise, and two, you never want to leave your engine idling in a garage or an enclosed space. Also, your vehicle must meet certain conditions in order to be started remotely:

• All of the doors must be closed and locked
• The hood must be closed.
• The windows need to be rolled up.
• The transmission must be in ‘Park’.
• Your INFINITI Intelligent key must be outside of the vehicle.
• The brake pedal cannot be depressed.
